General terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions apply exclusively to all online orders for products on the website www.weareminii.com .

When the customer places an order, he unconditionally and irrevocably accepts these general terms and conditions. The purchase and the agreement with We are Minii are concluded when We are Minii confirms the order. These general terms and conditions will form an integral part of this agreement and form one whole with it.
Dispatch
We are Minii is active in Belgium and in principle only accepts orders with a delivery address in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. For shipping to other countries, you can always contact us at hello@weareminii.com .
Shipments are made via Bpost with tracking. Packages are always shipped free of charge.
If your package is not collected at the collection point and is returned to us, the return cost of 4 euros will be borne by the customer.
We are Minii is responsible for the package until it is delivered to the customer. After that, We are Minii can no longer be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of goods. We do everything we can to pack the goods as well and safely as possible. Delivery will take place within the legal term of 30 days. If this does not work within that term, the customer may terminate the agreement free of charge, unless otherwise agreed and/or communicated.
Right to cancel the purchase of the goods
The consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces his purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. This period will start at the moment the goods are received by the consumer.
The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition with all accessories and instructions supplied, and -if possible- in their original packaging. If the returned product has been diminished in value in any way, We are Minii reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim damages for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the Customer's handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
All returned items are carefully examined. The starting point here is that the consumer may only inspect the item as he would be allowed to do in a store. Returned items may not be used. If an item has suffered a decrease in value due to use by the Customer, this will be charged to the Customer. The buyer must return the product to the seller within 14 calendar days in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all original labels and - if possible - in its original packaging after the customer has requested his or her return within 14 days.
In case of incorrect return in accordance with the foregoing, the seller will not be obliged to pay any amount and the product will remain the property of the buyer. It can then be returned to the buyer within 14 days at the express request of the buyer and at his expense. The risk of returning the product as well as the cost of returning are borne exclusively by the buyer.
Exchange
Still not satisfied with your product? It can happen! We will gladly solve this for you.
You have 14 days to notify us of any return request. After that, you must return the package to us within 14 days.
After delivery you have 14 days to inform us of your return. Once you have informed us, you must return the item within 14 days.
The costs and risk of returning the products lie solely with the buyer.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect that the product has been damaged by the customer, has already been used or if the reasons are unfounded.
Complaints
We try to describe the offered articles as accurately as possible and to clarify them by means of photos. If there are typing errors (material mistakes, errors), this is based on a human, involuntary error and no rights can be derived from this.
Colors in the photos may also differ slightly from the real colors.
Settings and quality of your screen can have an influence on this, as well as the incidence of light. We can therefore not accept returns based on color deviations.

We also reserve the right to adjust our prices.
We also make every effort to check our products as thoroughly as possible for any errors or defects.
Visible defects, which can be discovered without thorough inspection, incorrect deliveries and differences in quantities must be reported immediately in writing to We are Minii, with a detailed statement of the reasons, and in any case no later than forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of the article.
The customer is personally responsible for checking that the delivered items are free of defects and that they are suitable for the desired destination.
Items with a defect must be made available to We are Minii for examination. If the customer does not report any defects within the aforementioned period, he is deemed to have waived any claim regarding a defect of the delivered item.
Warranty
As required by the legal provisions, our products also have a legal guarantee. If a product does not comply with the agreement, the buyer must inform the seller of this within 2 months of discovering the defect.
Any compensation for this can never be greater than the amount invoiced/paid to the buyer. Normal or usual wear and tear, unintentional or intentional changes made by the buyer to the product, the inability to present an invoice or valid proof of payment and various negligence are explicit but therefore not exhaustive exceptions to the aforementioned warranty system.
We apply the statutory minimum warranty period of two years for the delivery of goods, if the goods do not conform to the order placed. This means that in case of defects or faults in the goods, a free repair or replacement is possible up to two years after delivery .
Privacy
Our customers' data will not be passed on to third parties. We are Minii may use this data for the promotion of its products and services. The participant has the right to inspect the data relating to him/her and can request correction or deletion by sending an e-mail to.
Property rights
No data or photos from our site may be copied or used without our express permission.
